Payment Options

We have left managing your mortgage and/or lease payment up to you – the following options are available:

Pay Online

This is the most convenient payment option. You choose your login and manage your payment to fit your needs – you select the payment date, the amount (at a minimum, the calculated payment from your closing documents), and whether you want the payment to be a one-time or a recurring payment. You will need your checking account number and the routing number of your financial institution to pay online. The process is secure, using 128 bit SSL encryption.

Automatic Drafts (ACH)

 You can elect to have your mortgage payment drafted from your savings or checking account on a recurring basis. To sign up for ACH payments, download the ACH Authorization Form, complete the form and return it per the instructions on the form.

Pay by Mail

Mail your personal, cashier’s or “Bill Pay” check, or money order to the following address (for both regular or overnight payments):

Additional Payments

You can make payments in addition to your normal payment at any time. Use any of the payment methods noted above (except the online version) – just make sure to note the payment is an additional payment.
