Today, the mortgage and/or lease servicer you select to service your mortgage and/or lease portfolios is viewed as an extension of the overall service package you deliver to your members/customers. As such, choosing a mortgage and/or lease servicer that parallels the same member/customer service that your financial institution strives for is a key to each institution’s overall success.

At The Servicing Group (TSG), we understand the member/customer service needs of our financial institution partners. Our mortgage servicing partners are able to select a range of servicing, from basic mortgage loan servicing to a comprehensive package that can include marketing and selling foreclosed properties. In between, we can add a portfolio risk analysis at regular intervals to allow each institution to identify risk areas and specific loans sooner in order to mitigate losses. Our lease servicing partners will have to devote minimal time to the program other than the initial lease approval - we handle the lease administration after the approval.

The Servicing Group is owned and operated by Bryant Ottaviano and Blair Froistad.

Bryant Ottaviano	Blair Froistad
Over 20 years of mortgage origination experience; Owns/operates his own mortgage origination company; Executive level experience with credit unions originating mortgage and consumer loans.	Extensive credit union and corporate finance experience; 14 years of credit union experience as a member of the Board of Directors (5 years as Chairman of the Board) and as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Red Rocks Credit Union (Red Rocks); 20 years in corporate finance with Lockheed Martin Corporation; Attained his MBA with a finance emphasis from the University of Denver.
